In 2018, our employee networks created a Diversity and Inclusion Council with the mission of promoting diversity and driving inclusion in Chevron’s Utah operations. By creating connections between employee networks, identifying ways to involve refinery employees and hosting educational events, the Diversity and Inclusion Council empowers employees and advances the refinery’s culture and performance.
